Hi all,
I'm in need of a little installation help. I looked around in the previous posts, but couldn't seem to find what I need. I have all my original Serpent Isle discs, but I don't know how to get the files off them to play Exult. My only computer is a MAC, so it doesn't read those PC discs. Can anyone reccomend a way to get at those original files?
Thanks,
Andy

Really? You've had problems reading a PC CD on a Mac? Usually it's the other way around.
What kind of Mac are we talking about here? If it's running OSX, you shouldn't be having this problem at all. If it's an older Mac, do you have PC Exchange enabled? That's a handy program, and I'd recommend getting it.
Cheers,

Oh, wait...unless you're saying that you've only got SI on the old 3.5" disks and your Mac is one of the newer models that no longer has a 3.5" drive?
If your Mac is an older model with a 3.5" drive, then you really should only have to enable PC Exchange to read the disks (although typically even that isn't *strictly* necessary). If your Mac no longer has a 3.5" drive, you can buy one cheap that connects to USB, and you should then have no problems.
Cheers,

Or if you have any friend with a PC ask him/her if you can install U7 on that PC and then burn it all to a CD and copy onto your Mac

I'm not serious, people wo know me mostly think I'm foolish
Seriously, it's time for the big summer holiday with my gf and her daughter. Two weeks on Jersey in the channel and then a week in good ol' London.
