Do I have this right?: If I buy the Ultima Collection on CD, I can just copy the needed files straight from the CD to my hardrive, no installation required? They are just aiting for me on the disc?
I have the original 3.5 discs, but I am having trouble installing the Serpent Isle files. (A friend helped me with the Black gate files, so I have that at least!)

There is a directory called Serpent, and another called Ultima7, I think. Just copy them to your hard drive.
