So, I have gotten to the point where I need to sacrifice myself at the creamatroium in Monitor. I have talked to both hierophants, and I have talked to Xenka. I go to Monitor to get on with it, and when I go to hit the switch, nothing happens! The Avatar climbs up the right side of the machine instead of going up the stairs, but other than that, the machine opens and closes, and nothing happens! Is this a bug? Am I missing something? Someone help me out, because this is really making me mad!

Who are in your party when you try to sacrifice yourself? Is Dupre cured from his zombie status?

1. You need Dupre on your team.

2. You need to walk far enough on the top of the machine so the companions are up there too

Yeah, I've got Dupre with me. I've also been on top of the machine, but when I am on top of it, and go to hit the swithch, the Avatar walkes all the wat around to the right side of it to hit the switch. I guess maybe it's very senesative about placement or something? I really hope this isn't some sort of critical error!

I think you just have to make sure Dupre is on top of it too. So walk right up to the switch before using it (he should be right behind you)

Are you sure that you spoke to Xenka about sacrifice? If Dupre doesn't "take over" when you are about to sacrifice yourself, placing him on top doesn't work.
