You can dump the whole usecode with the UseCode Compiler program (ucc). All the dialogs and books are there.

How do you dump them? I can't find any info at all on how to use UCC

Oh, sorry, it wasn't ucc but ucxt.
ucxt -a -si -fs > your_output_file
That's it. You will get all the usecode for SI that way. If you want the usecode for BG, just change -si for -bg
