Importing of new portraits with ExultStudio

Post by Supremoleet »

Okay, so I snagged the Photoshop plugin, saved a new portrait as both a PNG and a SHP file. I can't figure out how to get it to import though. I create a new frame, then selected it and tried to import... just tried to import at random... couldn't figure it out though, and I can't seem to find any clear explanation how to do it in the documentation. What's the proper process to add a new portrait?

That works for me. New frame -> select new frame -> import and choose the picture you made and then the picture is imported. Now you have to just save it.

Which format picture? PNG or SHP?

Ah-ha! Nevermind. I found my problem -- it's because my PNG files weren't set to Indexed mode, but to RGB mode. I switched them back to Indexed and it works fine.

Now the only problem seems to be that instead of being transparent edges like the original profiles, this one has white edges around it.
