Exult Forum

U7 is one of my all time favorite games and you guys have done a great job with Exult. Is there any way to play Exult on my Clie NX80 which runs PalmOS 5?

Dominus: You should probably put this in the sticky "Please read before posting" thread. Along with multiplayer and other common questions. I know that most can be answered in the FAQ, but people don't read that.

People don't read the "Please read before posting" either.

That post tells them to read the Documentation and FAQ and searching the forums before asking questions, and tells them how to report bugs and problems, but we always see questions about multiplayer, support for other Ultimas, questions regarding problems someone else already had and got solved, or posts asking for or providing links for downloading the games.

Then perhaps there can be sticky threads up there with subject lines that tell you? People would read that. Better yet: put it up top. Not as a post, mind you, but as a little label above the actual phorum code.

Those two alternatives could work better...

Even better idea: make a mandatory login. It will weed out some of the abandonware morons. If we did the previous ones, we regular users would be annoyed by it. If you made a login, though, you could just save a cookie for future visits. This would also make non-permanent bans possible. I know Dominus wants to ban me every once in a while...
