Missing NPCs?

I was wondering if my Exult savegame is beginning to exhibit signs of corruption. Namely, there are at least two NPCs missing now, the provisioner in Britain and his next-door neighbor, Kessler the apocathery. The only reason I'm aware of this is that I have a shipment of research materials for Kessler. :) Should I give on this savegame now, or is this *not* a corrupt savegame?

(Is there an easy way to use the cheat menu to find an NPC?)

1000x thanks for your hard work, folks; this thing is great.

Madly scanning faqs...

Usually when I can't find somebody its because I slipped a dagger between their ribs earlier in the game...

Virtue and fun have very little in common...

Only if you're following the Avatar's stuffy Truth/Love/Courage principles. Mandrake's principles of Wine/Women/Song are where virtue and fun are the same.
