Trying to Download Exult

I am trying to Download the version of Exult for Windows. When I try the download, I get a message that I am not authorized to access the page when the download should begin. Why is this happening?

Do you use a download manager? on the download page you find this piece of text:
Please don't use a downloadmanager to download our releases and additional data files because the links below are not direct links, but links to a page that asks you to select a mirror.
