With the current Eult Studio! Can i edit characters now! Like make Sethys resurrectable, with the Hour Glass of Fate?

why don´t you read the documentation in this site? you have it all there. and Exult studio is really user friendly right now if that´s what you wanna know.
btw making sethys resurrectable would need you to edit the usecode which is a bit more difficult than changing shapes and sprites

well not really, if you learn programming they are very user friendly

I doubt usecode will become more user friendly.
