When you open a gump while it's raining, any droplets
that are where the box initially opens leave a little color
distortion. (see picture)

Again, this has been present for a LOOOONG time.
Besides, I find enabling trainers to shoot archery targets and whack their dummies to be much more important.

So we noticed... you must've mentioned this.. what... 10 times the last week? ;-)

Also these bugs are non-critical and are unlikely to get fixed before 1.0.
So, file a bug report and wait.

No, more like 10-15 times since I ever came here....

AND IT'S STILL NOT FIXED!!!

I was told it would be fixed upon beta release, but it wasn't!

Besides, I doubt I'm the only onw who misses watching Kareena shoot Jahker in the back when he goes to remove the arrows from the archery target :P

Another weird thing I noticed (dunno if it's a bug or not) in SI, when you use the Amulet of Balance for the first time, your companions polymorph into other humanoids (such as common fighters, wanton Dupre, and a Gwani) each time the magic flickers or whatever you would call what it does. Everything turns out alright in the end (your characters are all their normal sprites, keep their equipment, and don't say anything odd, or anything like that) But it is kinda weird.... and funny. Did this happen in the original?

Oblivious: if you want them fixed, fix them yourself.

I must say I'm with Nadir on this one. Endlessly whining about a feature (an NPC's ass comes to mind) or missing features probably won't get them fixed. As for promising it would be in the beta - tough luck. We could have delayed the beta for another two months and it would have been in it. Jeff just didn't have time to do it until after the beta release (dummy whacking). And also keep in mind that although those missing features add to the feeling of the game they are really not critical at all.

Hey, the rain bug is fixed now. So be happy:-)

'Target practice' is not a bug, but a somewhat complex behavior (behaviour?) that has to be implemented in code. I may do it, but there are a lot of bugs to be fixed first.

Actually, reporting bugs IS an important contribution. So thanks.

(Oblivious: Living in Portland, you should be an expert on rain. So what's the difference between 'rain' and 'showers'?)

Not living in poland, but coming from Germany (and now in not really always sunny Ohio)
Rain is a constantly rain.. for hours and hours and hours.
A shower is temporary downpour.. 2 hours maximum..

Cincinatti, eh?
Gee, had to travel there two times so far for my Immigration stuff.. I have never seen a town with more one way streets and less parking slots. I'm a bit more northeast... near Columbus

No, Cincinnati. :)

Get used to spelling it right or we might riot all over you. :)

As for the one way streets - you know what's worse than all the
streets downtown being one way? All the streets -except one- being
one way, and that one -used- to be one way, so that just confuses
everyone even more. :)

Sorry for the wrong spelling, but thinking about all the one-way streets confused me.
Cincinnati... Soo.. thats right.. Hope you forgive me..

I think you're right about the rain/showers definition. BTW, it's 'Portland', not 'Poland':-)

After living close to Poland I saw no difference. *Grins*
And I should maybe stop reading and writing those messages late at night.. It makes typodemons go rampant on my side..
