Anyone know where the key is for the 2 story building near the entrance to the goblin tunnel by chance?

That'd be the old House of Wares you're talking about, I'm guessing 
The key is given to you by a ghost you'll find in one of the tunnels leading to the northern icelands. Keep an eye out for a moongate in the middle of a pond, if I remember right.
Alternately you could just rip the door off with the hackmover.

Yea, it's in a cave that is up in the ice wastelands. You'll kill a ghost and a key will drop and a note about the pirate killing the ghost as well.
