Can anyone Clarify this screenshot for me?

So I'm stuck on this screen and can't move, any one know how I can get unfrozen?

That's the problem this was my only game save.

Cheating is not very virtuous Avatar.

It is a flag that freezes the Avatar but I don't know if you can clear it through the regular cheat menu..

Of course thou can be unfrozen, Avatar!
Open thine cheat menu and edit the NPC flags for thine true Avatar, and thou wilt but need click thy mouse to take a step!

Cheating is truly virtuous, Avatar, as all those well know.
Cheating is sexy.
