Ultima VII Transcript

I've been thinking about taking the drastic step of creating an Ultima VII Transcript for the Codex of Ultima Wisdom, similar to what I did for Ultima VI, Savage Empire, and Martian Dreams.
I was wondering the best way generate a somewhat readable transcript for NPCs to act as a starting point for this.
