After i select my char name and chose to start a new game, it go back to windows. I got the same problem with BG and SI. Please help me. Ty.

version/Ultima version + language? *grin* It might make it easier for us
to guess what the problem might be then.

ah, I think I know where the problem is.
You have spaces in the path to exult and BG/SI. Either get rid of the spaces (like installing in c:\marcos\jogos\ultima7\BG (or SI) or you grab the binary snapshot from our download page.
