Ok I just finished BG this afternoon and it played great all the way through...so then I started SI with SIFixes and got to the test of the knighthood trials in monitor . Then I got to the first room where you kill the 2 gremlins and supposed to bash the chest open for a key...here's the problem. When bashing the chest a few times it just disappears and no key...I must have tried 20 different times and different variations of doing it.. I started new game and still same problem. I even went into Monitor and found a few different chests I checked for loot, then closed and bashed...they disappeared too.. I did re-dl the latest snapshot of exult again and sifixes a bit ago just to check and no change.. Any help would be appreciated.. thanks

Did you download it from seven towers? If so, please try this SI Fixes http://exult.info/snapshots/Sifixes.zip

actually it seems to be a bug in actual Exult. I'll investigate later...

So, found the culprit, the second to last change in SVN broke it. Keep an eye out for hopefully fixed snapshot soon.

AND use the SI fixes package I linked to anyway, because it fixes other things in the mods specifically

Thanks, just got new snapshot and works great now...

Also I found a few things while playing through BlackGate that allowed me to get through some harder parts of the game while not cheating, but I was able to do some things I shouldnt have been able too.
