possible glitch

yesterday I was getting a little crazy with exult and changed the name of some of the partyable npcs and changed their looks and their names...but if they died and I took them to Lord British he said no one was on the ground to heal...even though they were at his feet...so its possible that the game looks for the names of people when healing and if they don't find it, then its not a healable person
