Icons and Time...

Hello everybody!
First of all, Sorry...I am not a native English speaking person, so there are maybe some mistakes in my questions!!!

In the old Ultima, when I open my backpag or the character menu, time is standing still and the does not keep on running!
In the Exult Version, the game keeps on running when I open these menus, but I don't like that. I guess, this is what they had meant, when they talked about the change of "stealing/combat" and all that kind of stuff.

Is there any possibility that I can change this? Because this is what I like so much about Ultima, to put your steps in order while time was standing still...

Eventually we will do something about stopping the game when opening up gumps.

This "feature" or bug or whatever you call it that makes me to be always watching around in order to keep my head in its place while I´m cleaning up the stuff on my bag is HORRIBLE. Everybody needs some peace to do that! Solve it quickly please. At least you could implement it like a game option.

I believe it's been fixed in the 1.1x branch for several weeks now.

Hmmm...

On the other hand, I'm sure there's a lot of Exult players like me enjoying the realism and thrill added by this bug/feature...

It was extremely weird before... in Destard, one could charge the dragons, stop the battle by opening
his inventory, quaff 4 potions, swap plate suit with Dupre, swap weapon with Spark then close his
inventory and continue the battle...

Is there a simple way to create a toggle on/off in the menu for this feature?

Like Jeff said, itis in the 1.1.x branch already WITH an easy way to switch in the menu. READ the Readme.html and FAQ.html that come with the 1.1.x snapshot.
