Forum reset

Let's say, there were some issues with Phorum, the forum software... it likes to regulary delete its own configuration it seems... and now it decided to delete the database, too.

On the positive side, we updated Phorum to a newer version.

We will try to make backups in the database in the future, as well as of the configs. Seems it is not enough to just relay on safe databases, when the software using the database is doing the havoc.
