OK, I read the FAQ, and I downloaded the sound effect files. I updated the exult.cfg file. However, my SFX are still really crappy sounding, and I hear NO music whatsoever. What am I doing wrong? Should I be using the Roland MT-32 files? I tried those and still no music, and I'm not sure if the SFX are any better.
I am using Exult 1.00, under Win2K with a SB Live Value card.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Dave.

Re: No music, poor quality SFX
What do you mean crappy sounding? If you mean they sound old and outdated, that's because they ARE old and outdated. It's like the just like the original if you got the normal pack. I will exempt this possibility and suggest that your not that ignorant. It's either probably A. Your sound card or B. Your speakers. Please reply and tell me if the sound is fine on any other applications.
