Launch Exult via Command Line?

Is there a way to launch Exult from a command line directly into either Black Gate or Serpent Isle? Perhaps through a flag of some sort... e.g. "exult.exe -bg" or "exult.exe -si"

In the Linux version it is "exult --bg" or "exult --si", and you can see more options with "exult --help".
