I love the ultima 7 games(black gate-forge of virtue,serpent isle-silver seed)i am running win xp and i downloaded all the exult files can someone please help me get started i cannot wait to play these excellent titles again.I have the cd-rom "The Complete Ultima 7"as well as Ultima Underworld 1&2(I hope to play those some day also)

thank you very much got it working and just went up in the attic and got down all my strategy guides and cloth maps and my notes from the last time playing several years ago, cant wait to start playing again.
you guys are great and i thank you for bringing back to life these excellent games.
now if i can just figure out dosbox for the Underworld games

I've heard the Underworlds work with dosbox. If not, I had no trouble playin UW1 recently in Windows98.

they work well, but you need a pretty powerful machine.

I have an intel celleron at 2.4ghz with 40 gig hd and winxp what would i need to get uw and uw2 to run?

There's a patch at www.sircabirus.com that might help get UW1&2 to run.

It may or may not get them to run (didn't work for me but worked for most other people).
