To enable Arch Wizard Mode, you need to enable cheating in the options *AND* you need to have the spellbook.
In BG, Lord British left you a spare one on the roof.
In SI you need to work a lot until you first get it, just follow the plot...

Sorry, but your posts do not make much sense. Please use a translation site.
Or if you do, please use very simple sentences.
In SI your spellbook at the beginning gets stolen by the teleport storms. You get a new one later in the game.
