I am betting you're trying to resurrect an NPC?
Exult does not use the same NPC death mechanics as the original games.
4080,4080 seems to be where all the NPC's go when "pulled off the board" e.g. in the interim between Dupre's arrest and trial by Oracle, Kalysta is at 4080,4080 but you can pull her to you by adding to the party via NPC editor.
But when they die, they die it seems. I have found no way to trigger an NPC to leave the dead state. There's been a few threads on this topic.
I think resurrecting via cheat menu is on the "nice to have" feature list for Exult maybe?
