Sound Effects Problem

Although I ve downloaded and extracted the additional sound files the speaker symbol in my start-menu remains with a red x. Can anybody tell me how to setup the sound effects. The problem started with the Beta. In the alpha versions, sound was working. (Music is fine)

Please post your exult.cfg file stdout.txt and stderr.txt

I figured it out - my exult.cfg did point to the wrong directory.
