Wont run

I am running windows 2000 pro.
I downloaded the proper version and did the full install.

When I try and run it says" cannot find files. Use config blah blah
Cant remember exactly what it said

Try re-running the installer and correctly setting the paths.

What should I set the path to when I install?
I have it C/programfiles/exult right now.
Still did not work

It's probably the paths to your Ultima 7: The Black Gate and/or Serpent Isle directories that are set incorrectly.

Path where you install exult itself doesn't matter much. C:\Program Files\Exult should do just fine.

It gives you option when you install it.
Not the path where it installs but it gives you 2 other options where it
looks for files I think. What should it be set to?
