Question about Ultima
I was playing U6 and I realised something. If the Avatar is not the false prophet, the WHO IS THE FALSE PROPHET?
Re: Question about Ultima
Hum.
I thought the Avatar is the False Prophet, since he did fulfill the prophecy...
The last part of the prophecy did have an escape clause, mentioning that through a sacrifice the destruction of the gagoyle race can be averted. You sacrifice the Codex and everyone is happy...

Re: Question about Ultima
False in that the Avatar was a prophet who didn't follow the ways of Control, Passion, and Dilligence, and who worked against the Gargoyle people instead of for them.
Once the misunderstandings got sorted out the title still stuck.

Re: Question about Ultima
Also in Ultima9 this story about the false prophet and the destruction of the gargoyle race is continued...
Re: Question about Ultima
Funny stuff that.
The Avatar mustn't be the false prophet cause the gargoyle race live on.
Could Wislem be the false prophet?

Re: Question about Ultima
The Avatar is the false prophet, however the "prophecy" doesn't come true.
He is still the false prophet.
He is still the false prophet.
Re: Question about Ultima
The Avatar is the false prophet. The gargoyle prophecy says if they make a sacrifice then their race will survive. Naturally they think this means they have to sacrifice the false prophet, hence the ritualistic kidnapping and near death experience in the intro scene, but of course the Avatar escapes and the gargoyles still think they have to sacrifice him. In the end, he sacrifices the codex, and the gargoyle race survives... See?

Re: Question about Ultima
>>Actually, wouldn't 'No Brains' be 'An-WisYlem'? <<
Again a fascinating topic.. but that would lead to think that a "nobrainer" is an Anwisylemlem, but that sounds too stupid. But then, when it sounds stupid it would be an Nobrainer, nay?

Re: Question about Ultima
I guess you would have to separate it out, from "brainless person" to like
"person that does not have a brain"
"person that does not have a brain"
