Is there a file that contains everything that is writting on all the signs u see around like on the Fellowship Hall/street signs etc. I just wondered if u could edit those signs? For example changing the sign on the wall that reads 'Fellowship Hall' to 'Steve's house' or something.

So u do reckon the words on those signs would be editable? or is the sign and the words on it one single item, if you know what i mean.

I know they can be edited, but I don't know how. YOu'll have to wait for someone else to tell you.
Be aware that all signs of that number will change. For instance, if you were to choose #61-- trainer, and change it to "hello", all signs in the game which previously said 'trainer' will now say 'hello'. There are some dummy signs, (unused in the game), and you could simply create one of them and edit it (for instance, the "Hello, There Avatar" sign is unused, I think)

Royal Museum I think is also unused (the plaque is used instead)

Editing is possible with custom usecode and/or you could write your own usecode. Not as easy as just editing a file but doable. You just need some scripting knowledge...
