bg - rowena in party

So she joins so I can take her back to Trent, and I find I can open her paperdoll and equip her with stuff. I gave her back her music box.
Is this a bug/correct behavior?

Actually in my game, when I get to that part when Horance asks you to return her to Trent, she doesn't respond when I try to talk to her. I think this might be a bug. I have even tried dropping one party member so she could "join" (although I always thought she just followed) and it doesn't seem to help.

I remember there being a case of an "empty NPC" in Skara Brae (i.e. an NPC which has no dialog associated with it). A lot of people mistook this NPC for Rowena, when in fact she is somewhere else in the town.

No, it is not the fake mayor, the character gets the paperdoll of Rowena.
I dropped her off with Trent and the game's plot moved on as expected.

It was just odd that I could bring up a paperdoll and view stats, etc.

Somewhere in Skara Brae. He looks like the mayor, some walkthroughs even mention that guy as "the one not to be mistaken with Forsythe". He simply does not respond to double clicking, just moves around.

Hmmm.... is there an npc number associated with him or was he spawned from an egg? I've never seen him but that is very cool.

In my game, she stopped responding. Apparently it was because my seance spell must have worn off right then. I recast seance and everything proceeded fine after that.
