Blocked items on tables bug?

Started a new game with the 1.5x snapshot 2013-01-02 version (and using the Keyring Mod), and 2 things I have noticed already:

1. Rudyom's book. Even standing right next to it, when clicking on it, it constantly says BLOCKED so you can never read his book.

2, The stones in the museum. The stones on the left hand side you can take, but the 4 stones on the right constantly say BLOCKED, even when standing right next to them. So you can't ever pic them up.

Anyone else getting this?

keep an eye out on bugs, Marzo has been fixing a lot of bugs and there can be regressions and we need to know them ASAP
