Weapons in Exult
Hi there, I got a question regarding weapons in Exult. I'm playing SI right now, and I'm wondering about weapons and combat in general. Sometimes I can't seem to hit anything. Chests for example that could be smashed open in the past (the 6 in the Monitor-Townhall for example) can't now. and in combat Iolo with a sling (!) proves more deadly than me and the other 2 guys combined *lol* Is that normal?

Normal for now, it seems, as they're having difficulty working out the proper combat values et. al., so they're using their own.

what do you guys mean by "combat values"? how much damage the weapons are supposed to do?

How much damage weapons do, what kind of influence strength, dexterity, combat have, how much armour affects it, etc...

I >think< we've got most of the weapon stats, but there could be bugs. Just before our RC1, release, I noticed one problem that resulted in Spark being immortal.

also, something rather odd...check out what happens when you fire the shotgun...
