Help on install!
how do I install Exult on my win98 600mhz machine? I have avery low IQ so I did't understand the readme that followed.

You really shouldn't understate yourself avatarmusdragon. Download the Exult install file from the below Internet URL (address) and, once downloaded, run it to install it.

I would recommend installing Ultima VII BlackGate/Serpent'sIsle to the following directory:
C:\Ultima7
or
C:\Games\Ultima7
And installing Exult to the following directory:
C:\Exult
or
C:\Games\Exult
~~~
Everything should run smoothly. Don't worry about the sound effects' add-ons until you get the game up and running, or don't worry about the add-ons at all

Hmm, you don't have a low IQ if your an Ultima Dragon.
