Can't get the ships moving.

Hi,
I have Exult V0.98rc1 running in Win2K.
Playing U7 The Black Gate, I can't sail in the ships.
I get my party inside the Golden Ankh or any other ship I buy. Then I lift up the gangplank and click on the sails and wait until everyone is seated (which takes a while).
When I think everything is prepared for sailing, when I click with the right mouse button, THE AVATAR moves from his chair, and not the ship.
Am I doing something wrong or this is a bug?

I think you must double click the sail again once everyone is seated, then it will open up. Once the sail is unfurled you can go about moving the boat, IIRC.
