In the expansion packs for both parts of Ultima 7, you can set their current activity but you cannot create an entire buisness schedule for them. Maybe it has something to do with every NPC number for any NPC in the expansions are -1.

In barrels, you can only place items in them in a square border in the centre of them. This is not really a plot stopper, but it's kind of annoying when all of your items are scrunched together.

I know this is not possible now, but is it possible to enable polymorphing in BG or is it planned for a future release?

Also, making the Everlasting Goblet work with the F hotkey would be very helpful.
