Wow! it's been a while since i posted here! Hmm a few things...

1.Did you ever get a letter back from EA?

2.Is there a new version of Exult that runs U7part2? (it doesnt seem to work on mine)

and

3.Is it true there might be a U7 exult online?

2) Exult runs Serpent Isle just fine

I'm running it on XP, when i load Serpents Isle the charectors don't appear.

You should file a bug report with exult.cfg, stderr.txt, stdout.txt and system configuration.

And what is a "charectors" ?

Sorry, I mean't the *characters* don't appear, when I start the game I just see a screen, I cannot do anything at all.

I shall report this as a bug then.

I'm using XP Home, Exult RC1 and have no such problem. My copy is from the Complete Ultima 7. I have played BOTH games (U7 and Serpent Isle) under XP Home without a problem.

I also have SB Live! (PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST XP DRIVERS)!

Can you try the RC1 version and try to recreate the game?
