looking at the download page, there's something i'd like to suggest:
why are just *some* of the files marked with a date/time?
it would be quite cool if you guys could post a time stamp on
*every* entry...
just a thought...
if someone [like me] revisites this pages frequently, it's hard to
recognize new entries.
maybe i'm wrong, but i guess, it could not be too hard to implement
this...

Explain a bit more please.
We have official releases that are announced on the front page. The date of such a release doesn't change.
Then we have snapshots that are made almost daily (some times more than once per day). These have a timestamp.
I don't see much sense in tagging the official releases (and if you want to know the date of the old releases, see the link on the download page to the list of ALL older releases).

Would it be tougher to have a little txt file or something that says what's been changed since the last snapshot?
