When I went back to Monk Isle after Cantra got wasted (er, killed, I guess that
doesn't mean the same as it did in the 80s) I noticed that the Monks no longer
seem to follow the schedule of the bells (nor do the bells ring anymore).
What exactly triggers this schedule change?
