"Lensman" mode.

Post by Chris Schumacher »

Might I suggest that the scrolling mode used by the mouse-wheel or arrow
keys be named the "Lensman" mode, after the books by E.E. Doc Smith?
That's certainly what it reminds me of (anyone who reads the books should
know what I mean)

Also, on an unrelated topic, is there a way to get back to the Exult menu from within the game itself? (I don't mean the game screen). The only option I
see is to quit and restart...

No it is not possible to go back to the Exult menu. It is a planned feature, but no one has bothered to actually implement it

Second Stage Lensmen have extremely keen abilities of perception. For instance,
without using any sort of X-ray vision, they can look through solid matter. Several
of the most illustrious victories than Kimball Kinison won were ones by which he
simply sat down in a corner, and projected his consciousness towards a nearby location. That way he could listen in on a conversation, even though he was on the
other side of the planet!
