I killed the ethereal monster, clicked on the prism, got back into the room ... and there's nothing there. Before leaving the room, I get warned that I didn't pick up the small tetrahedron before leaving, but it just isn't there.
I'm running Version 1.00 for Windows 98.
Thoughts?

File a bug report with a savegame from before and after clicking on the prism?

You didn´t submit any bug report for this, David... Anyway; I´ve tried it with the 1.1x for Windows XP and it works for me: the prism appears on the floor in front of the crashed huge tetrahedron. [:-))

It took me literally minutes to find the tetrahedron in the original. It blends in with the background _very_ well.
