Serpent's Fang and Serpent Swords?

How come the wavy serpent swords do not appear in Serpent's Fang in the Silver Seed? Shouldn't they have the same equipment as the rest of the Order side?

They're all in use by their soldiers?

Maybe they could have put one or two in that small armoury, but it's not that much of a big deal in my opinion. :)
