Teleport Sprite Fix
The blue SPRITE_TELEPORT_HERE in both BG and SI is missing a number of pixels. This is most clear on Frame 14. I've submitted my first merge request to SIfixes in a while, let's hope it checks out. Cheers!

I also put the stockings fixes into the merge request, unintentionally.
