I've seen this bug as fixed and closed on bug tracker,

however I am still seeing monsters spawning inside walls quite often. Gazers are the worst culprits. Should I report these?

I saw this on Phoenix Island in SI. A slug spawned in a nook in the wall it could not get out of.
