Possible Black Gate Bugs?

First of all, congratulations and a HUGE thank you to the entire Exult team! Ultima VII and Serpent Isle are my favorite RPG's of all time, and the ability to play them in Windows without going through all the trials and tribulations is nothing short of fantastic!

I just started replaying Ultima VII from the beginning under the latest Win32 release of Exult (Windows ME) and noticed a few things:

1. If I remember correctly, after the earthquake at the beginning of the game (from the Forge of Virtue addon), there is supposed to be some conversation from Iolo about the quake. I got the earthquake, but no conversation about it afterward.

2. Also at the beginning of the game, some of Finnegan's conversation text appeared next to Iolo instead of Finnegan.

Anyone else encounter these? I'll report any other stuff I find as I play through the game.
