Hi!
I've read the FAQ/previous messages/doc, but I don't find this problem reported.
I've downloaded the windows binary of exult-1.2, but when I try to install it, it just open a window with a progress bar (less than a second, I don't have the time to read what it's extracting), and then the window closes and... nothing.
The mouse cursor shows a hour glass next to the arrow for a few seconds, and then nothing more.
I see that setup.exe is still live on the process list, but nothing happens. Is this a common problem?
If somebody can hit me with a clue bat, it will be much appreciated
Cheers,
P.S.: All that happens on a Windows XP SP2, 512M, 733Mhz PIII, ATI video card, and more than enough hard disk.

Re: Problem trying to install exult on XP SP2
nope, not a common problem. On my XP Pro SP2 installing works just fine. Let me see where that other thread is now...
