In the BG quotes there is a quote that says "$LBClueless=True -found in usecode" What does this mean ?

Not much. There is (or was at some point) apparently a global flag called 'LBClueless'

And if there wasn't, there should have been. When it comes to being out-of-touch, British ranks up there with Ronnie Reagan. "I have no recollection of imprisoning ... [that man] Weston."
