In SI when that d00d who wants me to give a letter to some girl d00d all he does sometimes is just stand in 1 spot and say "I have to work" or something similar, then walks up and down and does that . I had to re-load and he still done it but eventually he whent bak to normal and asked me to deliver letter.
Bug reports such as this really deserve to be ignored. First of all we have a proper bug reporting mechanism (see the FAQ). And please write in proper English. The two NPCs you are referring to are Ruggs and Delphynia.
