Britannia and The Lands of the Feudal Lords

Has anyone else noticed that if you rotate the Lands of the Feudal Lords map 90 degrees clockwise, it looks a lot like Britannia? Of course there are major differences but if you take into account the fact that the world was destroyed and recreated a couple times... I can see where some areas have become islands and new bays or lakes have formed.

This rotation and mirror process seems to have been used a lot in Ultima.

Thats pretty trippy.. Even some of the dungeons are in the same spots too..
