as the mark/recall stuff is a question on Ultim7 in general I don't have this in the FAQ. i try to keep the FAQ/Docs stuff limited to new features and questions that came with Exult. For Ultima7 there are many sites and FAQs that do a way better job with it than i could ever do.

The one problem I see with multiplayer Exult is just that Exult is Open Source. This will probably make it easier for people who want to cheat on multiplayer to change the code of the client someday. As under the GPL the source must be open and so people would have the possibility to change the code...

Please don't give hints on how to bypass the copyprotection. Our projects life may one day depend on us requiring a legal version of the game.
As for printing a PDF, I could always just print a specific page from a pdf document. Don't know if that is different on Mac but I doubt it is.

Aehm, that bug won't go away and others won't go away too. We are talking about bugs that got fixed between Alpha5 and Beta1. about problem with Rowenna: I noticed this too but only when I played on higher res and wasn't next to Trent when I brought her back to him. Move her closer to Trent and then ask again.

I checked this and yes there is a problem at the forge. I could reproduce it by sailing close to the isle and only saving when I landed on it. When I passed it in a big circle and saved frequently on the voyage, Exult didn't crash on me when saving. And this crash happens while saving, therefore it ...

if you don't have your paths set in exult.cfg Exult can't give you the option to start SI. If you are using Windows, start the installer again and set the right path to your SI files.

it may also be that your monitor somehow doesn't support the default resolution (but I doubt that). Edit the exult.cfg file as described in the Documentation to start Exult in windowed mode (setting fullscreen to no).

The problem with EA is that even if they decided to ignore your email you couldn't be sure if they wouldn't gun you down when you are close to having it finished. And the way the world moves they could just notify your host and could possibly get your site removed even before you get a notification....

Another thing is that it seems that the original just distinguished between blood and al other liquids (all othe rliquids having no name at all, when you click on them). At least that's how it looked when I checked emptying a bucket of water in the orignal yesterday.
